I've had them starting a few weeks back nothing major, I'm 34 weeks now. Sometimes I have a couple of painful ones but they aren't too bad.
I know that you cramp and that your stomach gets hard... but I'm not feeling any of that. They only time I notice that im having b/c contractions is if i feel my stomach and its hardened. But as of yet no pain. God when they do get painful I'm probably going to panic and think I'm in labor. Haha! :)
Oh wow. I'm sure after 2 days, it gets pretty hard! I'll pray it goes a lot better for you this time around! A friend of mine, with her second child, was in labor for a little more than 3 days, needless to say she was pretty exhausted by the time her little boy arrived. I am pretty aware of what my body is doing at all times. lol. I actually started feeling the baby move a bit when I was 12- 13 weeks but wasn't convinced until I was 16 weeks since I really didn't know what it should feel like. My mother has always had nice short labors...maybe I will be like her! That would be nice. =)
Some of them hurt, with my first i got them for about a month and a half before i had her, she was late. There were a few times were i thought that i was actually going into labor. When i went into be induced, they said that i was already in labor and didn't even know b/c everyone told me how bad they hurt, and in the begining they didn't hurt at all, but after 2 days i was in agony. i went into labor on a monday and had her wednesday.....hope this time goes much quicker and easier. I think that when it does happen you'll know, the whole area kinda tightens and then loosens
Your stomach actually tightens like a reg. contraction right? But you won't have the major pain I guess?
I thought it was a little later. Just curious as to when it may happen.
I read it a book that it usually starts between 26-28 weeks however you may not be able to even notice them if this is your first.
Its usually around month 8-9 but maybe it could happen sooner, i would think 20 weeks is to soon though.
No, I didnt get they at all.
