I was on birth control pills before and nothing like this has ever happened, when I got the shot that's when I started having all of these pains.. I took two pregnancy tests before they came out positive. I went to the doctors to see and I did research and it said that water can dilute the chances, I drank a lot of water that day and they came out negative. I told my mother about it and she doesn't think any of it. She just told me I'm paranoid.
Thank you all of the advice, it helped me more than you will know. I am sorry about your 4 m/c it must have been hard for you.
I have talked to the seceratary at the doctor's office and she told me she will get me a new doctor, so I'm more than likely going to have to make my doctors appointment tomorrow. I've heard of the plan parenting hood from other friends of mine as well, the told me I should go there, but wuth everything going on, it's impossible.. I'm probably going to cut my volunteer days.
I don't remember what my dosage is on my birth control, but it intensified every period symptom, such as cramps bloating fatigue, ect.
Honestly, I really hope I didn't have a miscarriage, because I have just about no free time to worry about this. I'm in so much pain since this all started. I end up crying, it's so painful, I just really hope it's just stress.
Juston the notes of cramps, when I started my birth control when I was 17, I got realyl weird bad cramps that sometimes would cause me to have to bend over. I dontknow if i ever cried but it was really bad.. I ended up going on a lower estogen dose birth control and it helped.
as a women whos had 4 m/c it sounds like you may have have you taken a pregnancy test i know your young but you can get tested at the health dept. or planned parenthood as the women above wrote, or get a test if it says positive than you know for sure yu were preg have you asked your doc to give yu a preg test ? good luck hun if you need anything feel free to send me an email or not:)
Stress can really screw up your period and it sounds like you have maxed out on stress lately. Also starting bc can change your normal period. I had this happen when i started a new birth control pill the cramps were so bad I was puking it was horrible. I'd say since this dr doesn't seem to be concerned about your concerns that you should find a new dr. Caffeine can help with the cramps and a heating pad on your lower tummy. I'm so sorry that you have to go through all of this stress and worry without the advice of your dr. If you are in the US you can go to planned parenthood and it's anonymous and they take insurance and self pay. They charge on a sliding scale based on what you can afford. I know many women your age who have gone there and said it was really good.
Good luck!
