Please help so much pain

I dunno what to do I'm in such bad pain.. I'm pretty sure it's bad gas & if hurts so bad !
Pressure & I just feel like I wanna puke ... Is there anything I can do for gas pains? The pain feels like bad cramps & I'm to the point I'm in tears...  I'm 23 weeks today.

That's how I feel ..  It feels like bad period cramps & like I just wanna sit on the toilet forever & release everything (sorry TMI ) but it's not as bad as it was now.

Yeah , I was crying , they gave me a anti-nausea medication (which I've been on my whole pregnancy due to hyperemsis) , and acid reducer , and some pain medication which is safe during pregnancy . It all helped instantly !

I threw up once today..  what did they do for you for your gas pains?
& was it so severe that it hurt to walk?

I have gone to the L&D for gas pains because I was in such severe pain , and kept throwing up . If you feel like you have to , go to the hospital .

Yes it's on the right side & hurts more when she's moving around ... I'm only 23 weeks.

I would call your doctor. I wouldn't just assume its gas. Let the doctors make that call

I had horrible gas pain last week onky think I could do to feel better was rub my right side really hard or lay with my butt in the air like a baby. Also try gas x or tums read tge label I think u can take it while pregnant

Google it. Look more into it. See if you have the symptoms. Better safe than sorry.

Are you sure its gas pains? Make sure your not going into preterm labor :/ ???
