I have the same thing. My doc had me get mucinex d (over the counter) and Tylenol.

You have a fever so you need to go to the hospital. You probably have the flu (because the flu is actually a respiratory virus but there is also the intestinal flu and the stomach flu) but that is what I had (I had a 103.5 fever and tylenol was not working so I went in to the er and got tamiflu prescribed
Even if it isn't the flu a fever is not healthy for baby

Drink peppermint tea with lemon and honey chicken noodle soup and you can take robitussin-DM my doctor gave it to me but it has to be the natural kind

I'd just take paracetamol because that's what I've been told by my Dr to take x
