First time mother,  I'm 19 years old. Found out I'm 7 weeks along. Is it normal to feel little cramps?  They're not bad just little pains. I do feel nausea a lot!

I'm 7 weeks and went to the er last week due to excessive cramping and bleeding. The cramps are normal but if they do get to bad and you start bleeding you should do to the doctors. Even though you're 7 weeks it could be to early to tell if an ectopic pregnancy or a miscarriage is happening. Don't take any Motrin for the pain because it's not good for the baby but Tylenol is okay.

From what I've read, it is normal. It's the  uterus growing and making room, I'm only 5 weeks and have little cramps too.
