TMI, but having trouble going to the bathroom.. Any tips?
I've been trying to drink a lot more water but still seemed to be constipated. Its causing my stomach to hurt because I haven't gone in awhile. Does anyone have any tips?
I had the same problem with my first. You can take milk of magnesia it works like a charm but you'll be in the bathroom all day. Its worth it though
I was told to use Mira lax at the child's dose. It still took a few days so go for the adult dose
