Is it possible for the Dr. to be wrong. I went for a sonogram and they told me the gestational sac shows i should be about 7 weeks 5 days, but they saw no yolk sac. The dr says i am most likely going to have a mis carriage. But there are rare times it just cant be seen till about 10 weeks.They checked my HCG levels and say they are still high. I ha ve no spotting at all. I go back in a couple of days for another sonogram. I'm so upset, is it possible he is wrong?

I had the same outcome at about 6 weeks. I had my hgc levels checked daily and sadly they didnt rise any further.  As your levels are still high its possible that everything is ok. Doctors can make mistakes, so can sonographers. Try to stay calm until your next appointment. Good luck

They can definitely be wrong! Wait things out and go in again in 2 weeks.
