Please let this be the start of labor

I am trying hard not to get my hopes up but I have been having contractions and they don't stop when I change activity like normal! I have had bad diarrhea since 2pm (tmi), I am nauseous, I have the chills,  my tummy is making weird gurgling sounds, and I am laying in bed and it seems like I can't stop moving my legs like I have restless leg syndrome or something. I have been trying to time my contractions and I know my last 5 have been 8 minutes apart. I haven't lost my mucous plug and my water hasn't broke but please let this be true labor!! I need to try to sleep in case I do go into labor tonight but I'm just to anxious and can't get myself to relax :/

hop up and walk around abit, jump into a warm shower and see what they do then, also if your up and walking they may settle into some type of pattern then you can start timing them, being upright will also help as gravity can do alot of the work for you :)
