Positive IVF pregancy but the bhcg levels are dropping?

Did my first IVF and had a positive result. My Bhcg levels were really good. Actually we were expecting twins. 13th day after ET it was 50, 15th day 111, 19th day 543, 21st day 487 and 23rd it dropped to 193. I started spotting on 16th day and continued to bleeding with no clots or pain since todate. Dr adviced me to stop all the medications now and said this pregagncy will not last. Please help.

Bless your heart. This early in pregnancy there is no saving the pregnancy. I am so sorry. You will be in my prayers.
I'm so sorry for your loss. Sounds like you are in the midst of a miscarriage. Once the bhcg has dropped it means miscarriage.
