im 36+5 day , I had my doctors appointment today and she checked my cervix to see if my baby was was down . Was it suppose to hurt a lot?

I had mibe examined earlier this week. It didn't hurt but it was definitely uncomfortable. They kept saying the more I relaxed the less uncomfortable it would feel but I found that really difficult to relax! Also had some spotting and cramping after but they said that was normal.

Yeah my doctor checks just by pushing down into my belly too... checking your cervix she would do to see if you were dialated..

Yeah. My doctor has tiny hands, but it's still hurts me. Not like "omg, get me the pain meds" but more like "owwwwww". The nurse always coaches me with breathing.
