Possible Miscarriage?

I am 7 weeks pregnant. Today when I went to the bathroom I wiped and there was pink as well as red blood, just a little bit, nothing crazy alarming. I wiped again and there was nothing. Since then (around 330 pm) I have had no spotting whatsoever. I have been really sick since about 5 weeks, severe nausea (morning sickness) last night it eased up a lot and today I have felt way better then I have been the past couple weeks. I'm wondering if the light spotting I had the one time today and the ease in pregnancy symptoms could be a sign of early miscarriage? I am still sensitive to smells, and my boobs are sore, I'm also gaggy and can't handle to eat certain things. Just not nearly as sick as I've been. I've had some dull cramping (in my back as well) but nothing bothersome, I can just feel it. I'm worried and I need some insight. My doctor said light spotting can be normal in first tri and although today had been a good day tomorrow could be an awful one. I just wish there was a way to know.

Thanks in advance.

I was also straining to have a bm. I've been a little constipated so I also wondered if it could be from that. It was just one quick wipe with pink and some red and nothing since. That was 3 days ago now. My nausea has eased up compared to what it was but I'm still very sensitive to smell, have sore boobs, I'm tired, and my nausea is on and off just not as severe as it had been. I did talk to my doctor and she was the one who told me she didn't think it was necessary to come in and to call if I had anymore spotting or symptoms but I haven't. I also didn't mention to her in was straining to have a bm so that could play a big role in it! Thanks for the response.

I was about that far along when I had this problem, turned out it was just from hemroids. But it's always a good idea to go to the doc to be sure.

Always get checked out if you have any bleeding or spotting not all the time they are normal and can be a problem

Did you have sex recently? I had dark red blood spotting around that time, a day after sex and I was alarmed and concerned, the dr told me it's normal for that to happen after sex and that it is just a touchy irritated cervix. To take it slow for a while and all shall be fine.

Just go to the doctor none of us here are doctors and miscarriages are different for everyone red blood is not good if its brown its sometimes normal because it might be old blood but red blood is fresh so its not good.. i would just go if i were you just to be on the safe side... But please dont wait i dont know if you know this but most miscariages are caused by low progesterone and one of the signs of low progesterone is bleeding or spotting then lead to miscarriage if you dont do anything about it if you go in and thats your case progesterone suppositories can fix that i am not saying thats your case but anything can be.. I know this because i had low progesterone at the beggining of my pregnancy i didnt bleed because it was caught on time.. I am seeing a perinatal specialist doctor and hes the one that told me this information

I had spotting around 7 weeks with dark blood, thought maybe left over blood from my last period or something because it was around the time I should have gotten my period but now I'm 25 weeks tomorrow with a healthy boy. It's probably due to your placenta attaching.

The same exact thing was happening to me around that time. I had gone to the hospital because i was nervous and the doctora there had told me that there was a 75% chance of a miscarriage. But here i am 17 weeks and the baby is perfectly 100% fine.

Light spotting is very common that early. It's from implanting. I wouldn't worry about some from one wipe. If there is heavier bleeding then worry.
