please can you give me some advice for if this is normal like coming off pill-ness!??

Im sorry for the detail... just confused!
My AF showed on monday evening :(
But my real concern is that last night (tuesday night) i had real bad cramps and during the night i bled more than i ever have done before. my periods are usually normal then light but this time, even wearing a pad, it went all over the bed sheets and was really clumpy.
Ive been a week late on for the last two months in a row so didnt think anything of the fact that i was a week later on this month too. im still fairly heavy now which is unlike my usual cycle.
Is this because I have been off the pill for ten months?

It could be a lot of things, and nothing is more important than your health. You need to see a doctor. I don't think it's a miscarriage, but rather your body being out of whack. This is only my guess though, and could be easily wrong.

This sounds really silly but I'm still heavy now and normally I'd be coming off now. Do you think it could be a miscarriage or something else wrong, I don't really know?

I really don't have a "good" answer for you. But I don't think it's because of the pill. Your periods should be "normal" by now.
