Try fleet. I'm pretty sure that's what its called. After my daughter it was going on 2 weeks before I made a bowel movement and my Dr. Reccomended that I get fleet.
Prunes, pears, or karo syrup! Will be safe! You can use them with a new born baby if needed to! If that doesn't work call your obgyn and she/he can prescribe something to you
