Postpartum girdles??
I was just looking them up after curiosity i still have sometime before my baby boy is here..Has anyone tried to wear a girdle after delivery? How soon after?? I know the best thing is to eat right and exercise but Do they actually help heal faster?
I wonder about this to I have a tummy toner tank top I'm going to try with this one but with my first the breastfeeding got me back to my normal weight fast and I was surprised that my tummy didn't stay all squishy it toned back by itself!
Really?that's good Any help after will be good lol..hmm I think I might get one too then..
I wouldnt think heal faster, but my mom told me it helped her body get back together, so healing no, fixing yes :p I plan to invest in one!
