Postpartum
So I'm 3 weeks postpartum as of yesterday and I'm just wondering about sex...when is it okay? We have condoms.
I actually didn't rip or tear so I was thinking as long as we have condoms it'll be alright. Thanks ladies sorry for the late comment back I fell asleep with my lo and completely forgot about my post :P
They recommend six weeks, especially if there was tearing, but it's really at your discretion. If you feel comfortable then go ahead and try, just take it slow and easy, and maybe have lube on hand
ob says 6weeks. But I'm sure nobody waits. Nobody is gonna be able to tell you when is okay unless they tell you what your ob said lol I'm sure you're gonna get a bunch of...."I did it 2 weeks after and was fine" or "I did it 4wks after and was okay" but remember everyone is different. What's okay for one may not be okay for the next!! :)
