hungry

I am 30 weeks pregnant and no matter how many times I eat I am always hungry or have hunger pains is this normal?

I am 15 weeks and have this same issue! I just try to eat small snacks all the time and have been trying to get more protein in my diet as well.

Hi there.  Sounds normal to me.  Try to eat a bit more protein and see if that helps.  When you get to the last 6 weeks, it slows down.  Your stomach is so squished that eating becomes a bit difficult and nausea may return.  I had to eat many very small meals then.  good luck
