Pre-ejaculate Problem

I'm sixteen and my girlfriend is fifteen. I have terrible anxiety and am in psychiatry and psychology to determine whether or not I have a disorder. I worry and stress about the littlest things, but this has really gotten to me.

Around five days ago, my girlfriend and I were getting intimate. We were just kissing and such when we decided to touch my penis off of her vagina. Her legs weren't spread, and I didn't feel myself touch her. I had my penis around that area for a few seconds at the most, before we stopped. My foreskin wasn't pulled back, and I had urinated since my last ejaculation. I can't tell if there was any pre-ejaculate on the tip of my penis. I'm pretty sure I just grazed her clitoris and then we stopped because she was scared. Neither of us knew the risk at the time.

The situation is very unlikely but it's enough to stress anyone out, especially an anxious person. I know the internet offers worst case scenarios often but is there actually a chance she could get pregnant? My penis touched her vagina around a month ago, and she had her period since then. She has her period around the 9th of every month, and this occurred on the 23rd.

Please help.

I'd say 99% chance that she is not pregnant.

Just how slim are the odds? Say, on a scale of 1-1000?

I'm sure she'll be fine since the odds are so slim. But if you are having anxiety issues and don't want her to get pregnant why don't you avoid any circumstances where there is even a possibility? Sex was made for reproduction so until your ready to face those chances then I would avoid doing anything. Also before you actually have sex (since you seem kinda close) have her get on birth control (its free if she goes to planned parenthood) and be one it for a month and back it up with condoms.

the odds are really low and most likely she is not pregnant but you need to be more careful. It seems like you are getting closer and closer to the real thing and your girlfriend can get pregnant the very first time you have sex, plus what you guys are doing now can spread sexually transmitted diseases if one of you have one.

Just wait and see if it comes. I'm sure it will though, so don't concern yourself about it. Just use it as a lesson and take more precaution in future sexual acts. You're both quite young, and there's no point in rushing things. You have the rest of your life for that stuff.

She hasn't had her period since this occurrence, but she's had it since the first time our genitalia met. She's scheduled to get her period soon.

If she's had a period, then no you have nothing to worry about. However, be warned that even genital to genital contact can get you pregnant. The odds are quite slim, but it does happen. To prevent future scares, always use a condom before any form of contact occurs.
