Pre-term Labour?

Has anyone had pre-term labour scares? Went to the Dr today n he advised me not to go too far from
The hospital as he very much doubts I will go full term. I'm 31 weeks starting to loose my plug and baby is in position. Although a positive is his head isn't engaged yet.

They tried but once your water breaks there isn't much they can do because of the risk of infection, bit they did slow it down to make time for steroid shots for her before she made her grand entrance to ensure proper lung development

Did they try stop your labour? Our Dr advised that once past a certain point they won't stop it. It's very daunting to think our first child maybe here sooner than expected

My water broke at33Weeks with my daughter and was born the next morning after being transferred to a better equipped hospital, it was scary but she wanted to meet mommy:-)  2 1/2 years later she is a beautiful little girl with no long term effects of being a preemie, accept being petite, but doc says most preemies will always be a little smaller through life and petite than others their age
