Prefgnancy

On the 17th Jan i took a home pregnancy and it came out positive but the bloods were negative. So the following wek i saw my gynea and did a scan he saw signs of early pregnancy but the bloods were still negative. I then saw him again today the 7th Feb and the bloods were again negative but the urine test is positive. My period is late and my tummy has started swelling at the botton. My breasts are tender and all the other symptoms are there - i had morning sickness slight ummy cramping, mood swings i frequently urinate( the doc did a test and i have no infection). So whats the problem with me. I do have a small sist on me left ovary but does thst cause all this. I've done the cancer and all the check ups and i am perfeclty healthy excpet the small sist. So wats wrong with me. My bladder wasnt full when i went for the test is that why no pregnancy was found?
i really want to be pregnant!

It sounds like a chemical pregnancy. Here is a website that can explain.

Unfortunately, after an ultrasound and all the bloodwork, more than likely you are not pregnant. However, it is possible. Just keep listening to your body.
