If you've started to bleed heavy you should get checked out.

Bleeding in early pregnancy can be quite normal.  Brown blood is old blood, so that isn't too concerning.  The red blood could be bad, but not necessarily.
I bed from week 6to 16 of my pregnancy pretty much ever single day.  Brown, red, heavy, light.
Let your doctor know, and increase you water intake a ton.  Like 80 oz's or more a day.
Good luck!

Heavy red bleeding is likely a miscarriage.  You would need to speak to your doctor.
