You can also drink Gatorade instead of water since that makes you throw up. :)

Thank you ladies... I appreciate your replies.. and I do drink a lot of water but I haven't been drinking water on a regular basis like I used to because I made me threw up.. Thank God the vomiting is going away!

How ironici just read in a baby book like literally five minutes ago that if you have a severe persistent head ache that it could be a warning sign and to call your doc or go to er it could be more severe than just a head ache HOWEVER i do happen to know that dehydration is the #1 cause of most head aches so maybe try drinking lots of water and see if that works first

You can take Tylenol upto 1000 mg every 6 hrs. Put a cold compress on your forehead and rest in a dark cool area.  Hope this helps.
