Pregnancy symptoms/blood in tissue when blowing nose

I am 14 weeks pregnant and yesterday I threw up for the first time.  I know this isn't unusual being pregnant but I think the reason I threw up was because of a very bad headache I had for 2 days straight.  i have now noticed that for the past two days there is quite a bit of blood in my tissue when I blow my nose.  Should I be worried?  Why is this happening?

I had that happen lots, my nose was bunged up the whole time I was pregnant and often bled when I blew it. Good news is that like heartburn it disappears instantly at baby's arrival! Headaches are common too, its probably because your sinuses are blocked, but as always, if you are really concerned or suffering badly, speak to your doc or midwife :)

Do you have allergies? That can cause the blood.
