It's nothing to really worry about I had the shot 3 times in pregnancy (one due to a bleed) and again after he was born, his perfectly healthy and I'm fine. The only thing is if you bleed at all during pregnancy its more important to get down to hospital straight away so they can give you a shot, even if its minor bleeding. That's what iv been told, I had a bleed about 2 weeks ago went to the hospital for it and then saw my doctor a week after she was so angry that I wasn't given the shot when I went in. She told me anymore times I must tell them to give me it.

I have it as well. With my son I got it three times. Its nothing to worry about as long as you have the shot while pregnant. They will test your babies blood after their born. Depending on your babies blood you may or may not get a shot.

Personally, no, but you shouldn't worry if you get the shot. Rh factor does not affect first pregnancy, but they still take precautions just to be safe. They do this because if your baby is Rh positive, when you give birth, your blood will mix and your body will produce antibodies against your babys blood. As long as you get the rhogam you and baby will be fine. Enjoy your pregnancy!!!
