khiah,
one thing my mother taught me was to not push so hard during a bm. if its taking you a long time in the bathroom and you've pushed hard a few times and nothing, just get up and walk around a bit, drink some water, do some yoga if you do yoga, helps get things moving. i know it feels weird cause you feel like you have to go but its not coming. but its really best if you dont push too hard.
this can also be a symptom of unbalanced hormones. (also a symptom of pregnancy) but if you find you can't have a bm at all you might want to consider a light laxative or get more fiber and water in your diet. if it its really a problem, perhaps go see your doctor about it.
best of luck!

Thanks Everyone, Just To Be Sure Im Going To Take Another Test In The Next Couple Of Days
My best friend had been on Depo for years, stopped and within 2 weeks.she was pregnant...could be hormones...but I'd take another test in 5-7 days just to be sure...then call ur doc! :)
hey khiah
i would say you are experiencing a hormone change. depo really takes your hormones and jumbles them up. give yourself several months to get everything back to where they should be. if the concern for pregnancy is still there, testing again isn't a bad idea. i know the cm is a little strange to see but it is normal.
just because you didn't get another shot doesn't mean there isn't still some in your system.
hope you're back to normal soon.
I would keep an eye on it for a couple weeks, and if symptoms don't improve and you don't have your period, call your doctor. You need to know if you're ovulating yet or not.
Depo doesn't get out of your body right away, so you may still be dealing with the effects of the shot. On average, it takes women 5.5 months after stopping the shot to start ovulating again, although some manage to do it earlier (about 3 1/2 months after the last injection). So there's a small chance of pregnancy but it's highly likely that the shot just screwed up your cycle and you aren't quite back to a regular ovulation schedule yet.
