Pregnancy

I am almost 40.  I have a very regular 28 day period cycle.  My last period was Dec 6.  I have had three negative home tests and a negative blood test on Jan 20th.  What else could be wrong if the missed period is not due to pregnancy?

There could be a few things or absolutely nothing. Hormonal imbalance, stress (both good and bad), diet, sleep habits, weight gain/loss, or you could just not ovulate one month. It happens to just about every female in their lifetime. It's also possible you're getting close to perimenopause, and in that time frame your cycles usually will become irregular. Hormone testing can confirm if that's the case for you.
