Pregnant MAYBE?????????

hi i am currently on the contraception pill and have been since i was 17 (now 22) i was due to have my period sunday 20th Feb but it has not come i took a test and it was negative but i dont trust this because i have never been late before i am also off my pill at the moment for my 1 week period and dont really want to start taking becuase i've your not suppose to if pregnant becuase i dont know when i possibly conceived i'm doing what the doctors would do and saying its possible i am about 4 weeks as i had my period as normal last month what my actual question is could i be pregnant anyway and when should i take a test again???

Basically youre on your pill free week of the pills, which your period normally falls in but hasnt came yet. Are you having any symptoms that your period may arrive? cramps etc? I would maybe wait another couple of days and if still no AF then take another test with first morning urine. If that is negative and still no AF then i would go speak to your doctor. Things such as change in diet/weight and stress or hormone changes can delay a period so it could just be something simple :) good luck and keep us posted!

I've read about hings like this and according to what i have read when a woman is on contraception pills they tend to have lateness of their period if they stop taking them for a little while but after maybe couple of months it will go back to normal... I hope this helps... but it might be also that you're pregnant because our hormones go crazy once you stop taking the pills. If the test is negative give it a little while before you do a new one maybe by that time you might even get your period if not then all i can say is when a woman is pregnant and is on the first 2 to 3 weeks on the pregnacy the results dont usually show in a pregnacy test, but you can know if you're pregnant if you take a blood test to detect the pregnacy...
