Pregnant and stomach pain

My fiance is 12 weeks pregnant, and after we have sex she gets shooting pains in her lower abdomen for several minutes. Is this cause for concern or dangerous to the baby in any way? Normal sex, nothing rough, missionary. Both of us are healthy and no problems with pregnancy so far.    Thank you so much for reading and giving input on this question.

Has she had an ultrasound? because I had one early because of pains and they found that I had a hemorrhage in my uterus which is where either the placenta or the membrane has came off the wall a bit, I was told not to have sex or do any heavy lifting because of this. I'm almost 11 weeks along, and I'm 19 so this is all very new to me and it's hard for me to follow the rules; but after going to the doctors friday he told me it could cause the water to break. So if she hasn't had an ultrasound I would make sure she has one again before you have sex again.

I get alot of cramps and contractions all throughout my pregnancies.
Mine usually started around my 12th week or so and got worse the further along I got.
Now I can't even hardly have intercoarse cuz I'm in so much pain afterwards it almost makes me sick to my stomach.
It's completely normal.
Orgasms can cause cramping aswell.

I agree with Nickie. It's probably from an orgasm, since that would cause your uterus to contract therefore causing her the cramping she's feeling in her lower abdomen. If she experiences any bleeding following intercourse, I would bring this to the attention of your doctor. Cramping is very common in early pregnancy, so I wouldn't worry. Just continue to take it easy. Congrats to you and your fiance on your pregnancy! :)

A lot of times in early pregnancy almost anything can cause cramping. Orgasms are definitely something that can cause cramps but is nothing really to be concerned about!
