Pregnant on birth control pills

I had a miscarriage on July 4, 2014. I started taking birth control pills on August 3, 2014. I never got my period or had any spotting after my miscarriage even after I started the bc pills. A month and two weeks later I started getting all day nausea and was very tired all the time so I took two pregnancy test and they both came back positive. How do I know how many weeks pregnant I am if I never got a period after my miscarriage in July?

Wow thats amazing! I have only been on birth control for a month and a half and then stopped as soon as my pregnancy test came back positive. We are very excited, but a little nervous as well. We have a healthy, beautiful one year old little boy already and I had my first miscarriage in July. So this pregnancy is very unexpected, but we have been praying that everything goes ok this time! I have also lost a few pounds over the last two weeks only because I am so nauseous all day long, everyday! Hoping this is a good sign. I had all day morning sickness with my son, but only had nausea so far this time. It is still rough though but totally worth it!

And it sounds weird I was so far along before I found out, but I actually lost a lit of weight and didn't have the normal cravings, nausea, etc.

I was also on birth control when I got pregnant. I went in for my annual, and since something just didn't feel right, I asked them to do a pregnancy test. It came back positive! They did the us that friday and turned out I was already 5 mos along! No greater feeling than miising the first trimester. Lol But, now I find myself worrying a lot that something may be wrong with my little princess since I was on birth control so long while pregnant. I've had an us and an anatomy us and everything was fine, but I'm still nervous. The way I found out how far along I was, was by us which is the most accurate.

You would nees to see your dr. If you are pregnant they will do an ultrasound to measure how big the baby is and tell how far you are from those measurements.
