Back Pain plz help

Hey ladies i really need some advice i been feeling this lower back pain only on the left side
Mild period like cramps
The pains have been for about 2 weeks on and off today i noticed im also peeing more yellow than b4  i dont now if it has to do anything but im pretty scared my mom says it might b that the baby wants to come early :( baby still moves alot im 22 weeks today thanks ladies

When did u hav a urine test last? Back pain, darker more concentrated urine.... possible uti?

I had the same issue and my dr told me it was sciatica.  Try changing positions when it happens. If that didn't work for me I turned to a nice relaxing bath. The hot water seems to ease back pain for me the most
