Pregnant while on Roaccutane

Please, could somebody help me. On the 2nd of July i stopped taking Roaccutane, today is the 13th of July and i started feeling sick and my period never came so i used a pregnancy test. Said positive. then another one...positive, and the third even said that the pregnancy has been for 1-2 weeks. I must have been still taking the roaccutane for the last day or so. Is it absolutely 100% harmful, am i in a high risk zone of bringing up a child to this world deformed?
Please, help me! Is there any chance to see what's going on with the embrio before i go for abortion?

No. they may not be able to tell if their are defects until 12-20 weeks. You aren't far enough along for anything to show on an ultrasound. You should still see a doctor to determine if there are birth defects.

Will the doctor have 100 percent accuracy of determining what is going on in terms of defects? Even if it's 1-2 weeks?
Thing is....i was told i cannot have children....i never used contraception, docs said my last chance was by doing it before the age of 26 (2 yrs ago) and only via having a surgery to remove the cysts....what the heck!

Accutane can/is very harmful to developing babies. The only thing you can do now is wait an have an ultrasound. You need to be upfront with your ob and tell them you were taking the accutane when you got pregnant. At this point you'll probably have to wait a few weeks to have anything show up on the ultrasound.

Ok I just read about it, sounds serious so try to get checked before you make any rash decisions. Maybe baby is still safe.

If you call and find an OB they can get you in for an ultrasound if you explain what you were taking, but to be honest I have no idea what that med is. I was taking migraine prevention meds til I found I was pregnant at 5wks. I'm sure your baby is fine.

It seems there is really great risk of birth defects. Consult with your doctor.
