I have no experience with any of this. But what would make sense to me is a c section since you crushed the bones around where the baby comes out not too long ago. I really have no idea though, just trying to help. Good luck! :)
Well I work with someone who also has hip and back problems...when she was born her hips were fused together with her leg bone or something. She went through 18 surgeries...she also broke her back from a porch colapsing...she had c-sections with both of her kids. But because your situation is different idk. I would definitley ask your doctor about what they plan to do...I also know a girl who's pelvis broke whike giving birth, so they may just do a c-section if they fear that vaginal birth will hurt you even more.
