I have pcos. I tried a year to conceive..nothing. lost22lbs and got pregnant..my daughter's now almost one and I'm 14weeks pregnant again. Good luck . Every case of pcos is different so you should talk to your doc about nutrition..exercise and conception xxx

You can get pregnant with pcos. It may take a little longer ttc but it wouldn't stop you from achieving pregnancy. You have to make sure you have monthly cycles and that you ovulate. You could use a bbt chart or opks which are easy to use. Your doctor may monitor your cycles and possibly start you on clomid to help things along after trying for a while. Also Metformin is used a lot for people with pcos. Initially the medication may make you sick but it does get better over time.
Best of luck to you on your ttc journey!
