How long are we suppose to take prenatal vitamins ?
I ask because my husband bought me a really awesome pregnancy book that talks about EVERYTHING & I mean everything about pregnancy & it says that we are suppose to take prenatal vitamins only during the first trimester . But I been told to take me all 9 months. So what is it ?

I've never heard to only take them for the first trimester I'm in my second trimester and I have refills up until 40 weeks maybe you should ask your Dr.
You should take them the whole 9 months. Some even recommend taking them after you give birth. They don't hurt anything and I know people who aren't pregnant that take prenatals for hair growth, nail growth etc.
