Make sure your taking them after yiu eat. Or like they said^ take the gummies.
Gummy vitamins! I felt like i was gonna die every time i took my prenatal pills. I threw up every single time the pill would even hit the back of my throat. I got some gummy prenatal vitamins and haven't thrown up with them once! Plus they taste good :) just make sure you don't eat more than the recommended dose, no matter how tempting it is ;)
