I am 25 weeks pregnant and I have been prescribed clonazepam 1mg twice daily a month ago for anxiety and seizure. I am very concerned from going to not taking any medication to starting them on March 25th. This past weekend my feet and teeth were in so much pain I took 3 Norco and 6 tremendous. I don't think your doctors would prescribe you with anything that was dangerous to you or your baby. I would trust their judgment. If you're worried though you should tell your doctor and ask them to explain it all to you to help put your mind at ease.

It is important tk understand the classifications. For instance hardly anything is consider 100 percent safe during pregnancy.  And usually there are not adequate controlled studies in pregnant humans. Usually drugs are tested on rats who have a very similar response to the drug.  Tylenol is category B. It doesn't sound like a large dose. I suggest talking to your OB that might give some relief in his personal experience with putting other pregnant women on the drug.

Norco: FDA pregnancy category C. It is not known whether Norco is harmful to an unborn baby, but it could cause breathing problems or addiction/withdrawal symptoms in a newborn.
Tramadol:

FDA pregnancy category C. It is not known whether this medicine will harm an unborn baby.

Also sharp pains in your lower pelvic region are normal! Around 24 weeks baby has a growth spurt and from here on out she's growing rapidly, there can be a lot of discomfort with all that stretching and extra weight. Another thing make sure your ob knows about the meds. My ob wouldn't agree to the medication my psychiatrist prescribed so make sire she is alerted asap for extra caution

As far along as you are I wouldn't worry. Clonazepam is a class d drug but is most dangerous in the first trimester. Basically if it will cause the baby more stress for you to NOT take it, then it's best that you do.
