dilating

Okay soi needed up going to the hospital yesterday for contractions they said my contractions weren't close enough an that I wasn't dilating any. What can I do to start dilating? My baby is suppose to be here in 2 weeks. Any help would be nice. I've been walking an trying to have sex but its not helping any. I've been drinking the red raspberry leaf tea an nothings happen. Please help.

Nope nothing special. I got the 1300mg bottle. You put them up in the vagina as far as you can. I struggle with that hahaa. Be sure to wear a pad and to prob your hips up because you will leak a little of the fluid. (: good luck. I do two capsules a night.

Try "evening primrose oil". Insert two tablets a night in the vagina. It's all natural and very safe for you and baby. It helps efface the cervix and gets things moving.
