Previous Molar pregnancy and new pregnancy showing

Ok, so you know how they say most women who have been pregnant before show sooner in their new pregnancies? What if your previous pregnancy was a molar pregnancy? Will you still show sooner during your second pregnancy than you would have if it was your first?

i had a molar pregnany back in 2008 diagnosied at 3 months i went rather big i then went onto have another pregnancy but lost it at 11 weeks that was bk in 2009 i got big quite quick the second time and i knew straight away i was pregnant so i think it just the same i think tho a molar is one of the worst things to have cause its a tumour as you no its nice to no i wernt the only one good luck in the future tho.

I have had a baby before and two missed miscarriages inbetween that one and this one both i got to 12+ weeks. but with this number 4 i started showing at about 6 weeks. then its slowed down at 13 weeks. Id say its because ive allready streched 3 times up to this point.
I love seening bumps now. Hope you get a nice cute one xx

Even though I had a molar pregnancy, my uterus still grew. I was 3 months when it was diagnosed, and I was "showing" as if an actually baby was growing inside, because in molar pregnancies your uterus grows more rapidly.

It depends upon how far along you are. I only made it to 6 weeks last time before a m/c and this pregnancy even though technically my second pregnancy i didn't really show until 6.5-7 months.

It depends on how far along you got. With my partial molar pregnancy I only got to three months but because it was a PMP and there was so much extra tissue my uterus had grown to nearly 5 months. I noticed that I started showing a lot sooner with this pregnancy and my OB said it could be because of the stretching my uterus had gone through before despite the fact that I hadn't gone to full term.

i showed the same time with all 3 of mine.... so thats not always true.... for some woman it is but with a molar pregnancy I dont think it would because like said above the uterus has not been stretched

I don't believe so. The reason you show soon in later pregnancies is because the muscles have stretched once before to accomidate the pregnancy and growing pregnancy.
