My doc said 1 inserted vaginally at bedtime each night. Syarting at 36 weeks. She said you can take a safety pin and poke a hole in it then insert it.

You did 4-5 vaginally ? Did you do them all together or through out the day ?

Well I have heard it does. I can't really say cuz I was 41 weeks and ready to have this baby. But I had her the third day so maybe. I know it works for other women.  So I do believe it does.

I woyld wait til 38 weeks. I took it at 41 cuz I wanted my baby out! Lol I took 4-5 for two days and had her rhe next day.  But I also did something called moxa.
