Do I insert them into my vagina or do I just cut open the pill and with my fingers put the gel ?
I think she means poke a hole in the pill and then inserts the pill as far up as possible. Just makes sure you clean your hands thoroughly just to hide away from infections.
You put the pill in once you poke a hole or do you take the gel out and put it in as far as possible ?
If you use the gel tab pills you should be able to just insert them. After a while the moisture from your cervix will pop the pill and or leak it out. Most people recommend wearing a pad either way you do it as it does leak out a little and into your panties. Good luck!
