Problem!!!!

Also, I have a cat that has been with me since she was 6 days old. She is my baby or was until this baby comes along. I have put up the bassinet to get her use to it being around, but not for her, but she keeps trying to get into it and is very curious. Has anyone else had this situation? I have tried the whole spray bottle thing but it doesn't work. The last time I caught her in it, I went to take her out and she attacked my hand. She doesn't sleep in our room anymore and just goes in to eat and use the litter box, but that is it. Has anyone else had this problem?

Yess ^^^ put foil so they learn to not go in. Sooner or later you wont need to put foil becausr they would have learned by now. :)

I have two fur babies as well I've had them since they were real young so they're very attached to me I know it will be hard for them but I plan on making my room off limits to them once my little one is born.

I have two fur babies who are the same way. Our pack n play has a bassinet and they LOVE it. They were so cute in it at first that I let them sleep there (I was 4 months pregnant when we got it). Now I'm having my daughter on Monday and they still sleep in her bassinet... I have it covered so they don't shed on it of course and if we put something in it they stay out of it. Hoping they'll do the same with the baby in there. Will be interesting to see when one of them jumps up to find someone else in "their" bassinet lol. Don't sweat these little things, I'm sure your fur baby will adjust like mine. You could try putting something in the bassinet for now to keep them out though! Or every time you see your cat jump in there take him/her out and put back on the floor and say no sternly.
