I am currently 15 weeks pregnant. I am taking Promterium ever since 6 weeks. My doctor told I can stop with it, since i am far ahead.
Please let me know until how many weeks, the drug is usually taken.
I am so concerned and scared to loose this baby.

I took it only until 13 weeks.  They say at 12 weeks the placenta takes over.  I would start tapering down your dose now and get off.  The longer you stay on it you can start causing more damgae than good.  I know it is scary to get off of.  So my suggestion to you is once you are off it for a week, get your progesterone levels tested to make sure they are in the acceptable range.
