Protein in urine?

So I understand protein in urine during pregnancy is not a good sign. I read up on something mentioning pre-eclampsya. But what I dont understand is I dont have high.blood pressure. Can it be possible to have it but with normal blood pressure?

I have swelling, headaches, pains in my upper stomach. but no blood pressure issues

I have had protien in my urine from day one of pregnancy ans I don't have preclampsia its only cause to worry if u have swelling and high blood pressuee

You're blood pressure would be up if you had pre eclampsia. That's what pre-eclampsia is high blood pressure. There are many reasons you could have protein in your urine. It's a problem if it's there in high amounts several times. If you have sex before your sample (even the night before) it can cause protein to show in your urine.
