I had an appt today and at 31 weeks my baby is only weighing 3.1 pounds they said that is the 4th percentile does anyone know how to make my unborn baby gain weight? Really scared!

At 32 weeks my baby was 4 lbs 8 oz...but I am 6 foot 2 inches so I'm expected to have a 9 lb baby!

Mine was 3.5 at 31 wks but I've only gained a half pound. Dr said he's not as big as she'd like him to be & told me to drink a milkshake everyday so maybe try that? Good luck!

I just get sick when I drink milk I mean I do because I know she needs it but it makes me sick and I'm never hungry I literally have to force myself to eat!

I'm so glad that you all have informed me that your baby weighed about the same and that at 31 weeks it's 3.3. They honestly made me think she is way too small and I have stressed it all day!

Red meats and milk. They're healthy but have that heavy nutrients so to speak. Vegetables and everything you've already heard 100 times by now too but red meats milk and eggs help gain weight

At 31 weeks your baby should be weighing 3.3...so you're not that far behind... you're baby will still put on weight on the next few weeks so don't worry about it hun
