A couple of hours ago I noticed my glands in my neck were swollen and hurt a little. Now they're hurting really bad. What could it be? My throat doesn't look red and I don't have a fever but my glands hurt so bad. Not sure what's going on
If it just happened though, give it some time. You could just be getting a cold. I know the glands on my groin swell up before I get a cold and they get really sore! But there's nothing you can do unfortunately /:
