Pumping, do I keep the rest after she's done?

I pumped today for the first time, I fed her & she left a good amount, do I keep that or no?

Put it in the fridge. You just have to use it by the end of the day.

Once it's been used you should not mix it with fresh milk.  Bacteria from babies mouth can go back into the bottle. Also one it's been heated you shouldnt re refrigerate also because of bacteria.

Yes and yes. Im on child #3. I would always save the left over and mix it when I pumped again.... idk how long ago u had the baby but I used to pump a few bottles at a time (2-4oz each depending how much they were eating) that way u dont have to pump hourly. Just warm it up under hot running water from the sink- no microwave
