Question about coffee

So I know its ok to have a cup while pregnant and your supposed to limit caffeine intake to about 200mg per day. I really want a frappe from Mcdonalds but I have no clue how much caffeine those have. Ive looked on their website but cant find the caffeine content. Does anyone know if these are ok? I would get the small one of course.

Ok thanks ladies! There isn't a Starbucks close to where i live or id go there and get decaf. I rarely drink caffeine, maybe 1-2 drinks a week (tea, soda, etc) so I think it should be ok :)

4 cups a day is fine.   I drink 3 small coffees daily and everything is fine.   My ob doesn't have a problem with it.  Always have a small coffee with me when I go to my appointments.  She's perfectly fine with me drinking 3 a day.
