I get mine dyed all the time. We'll not like every month but since I'm a completely different color from my natural i get it done every three months. The color lasts for me and i just make sure that the place is ventilated really well, but that's easy cuz I'm the only one that's in there when she does it. My Dr said there's nothing wrong with dying your hair and my hairdresser has two kids and dyed her hair throughout both of her pregnancies.
Im a hairdresser... it does not harm you or the baby anyone that says it does is being way too sensitive. There are great ammonia free colors that would be completely harmless
