My doctor suggested on her own that i should get one. She said as long as its not close to the stomach.
Thank you. I think i pulled something in my back... i dont wanna take pills so my last thought was a heating pad. I dnt think hubbii wants me to use it though LOL
Yes. You shouldn't use it for long spans of time, and keep it on a low heat setting. Feels very nice at the end of the day :)
