I had my first appointment January 26 at 9 weeks. She did blood work, vaginal exam, urinalysis, and an abdominal ultrasound to check the due date.

First preganacy also, & around that time you'll be able to see the heart beating and him/her just insanely moving Around if they do an ultrasound. But you wont be able to feel those movements . they'll draw blood and if your 20 &under they will give you an Vaginal check up . They'll just check down there And everything but if you 21+ they'll do that and a pap smear. Also there gonna ask you a lot of questions and they SHOULD give you a due date :), hope that helps some !
