Quick question
I can't remember if I took my prenatal vitamin this morning. I take them everyday faithfully. I don't wanna take one and risk doubling up, so if I miss today will that throw my system off?
You'll be fine I haven't taken mine since my first trimester because for me they make me more sick, never been good with taking pills and my baby is still healthy:) so unless there's a complication with your pregnancy you and baby will be just fine
In all honesty they didn't have prenatal vitamins back in the day and we are here. Its not that important. If u take them good If not try to take them as daily as possible
